Đoạn clip do camera hành trình của xe hơi ghi lại vào lúc gần 8 giờ sáng ngày 10/7. Theo đó, một nam thanh niên đi xe máy, không đổi mũ bảo hiểm tham gia giao thông trên đường phố.

</p> <p>Tuy nhiên, thay vì đi một cách đàng hoàng tử tế thì anh chàng đã lách lên trước đầu ô tô rồi bắt đầu tăng tốc, chuẩn bị cho màn lạng lách, đánh võng của mình.</p> <p>Tiếc cho anh là thể hiện mới được vài giây thì đã ngã ra đường đau đớn. Thanh niên này vội vàng dựng xe dậy, sắp xếp lại đồ đạc rồi định tiếp tục hành trình nhưng không thành do xe máy gặp trục trặc. Anh chỉ có thể đưa xe sang bên đường để xem xét tình hình mà thôi.
